By installing CashRound POS, you agree to these terms.
Service
CashRound POS adds a 5¢-rounding adjustment line to Shopify POS cart totals. The app is provided free of charge, "as is," without warranty of any kind.
Merchant responsibility
You are responsible for compliance with local sales tax, consumer protection, and pricing-disclosure laws in your jurisdiction. Cash rounding may have tax implications; consult your accountant. We recommend posting a brief notice at your register.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CashRound POS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app, including but not limited to lost revenue from rounding adjustments.
Termination
You may uninstall at any time from your Shopify admin. We may discontinue the service with reasonable notice.
