Overview

CashRound POS ("we", "the app") is designed to operate without collecting or storing personal information. This policy describes what data we touch and how we handle it.

Information we access

When installed, the app receives the minimum Shopify scopes required to add a rounding adjustment to in-progress POS carts. We do not request access to customer profiles, order history, payment information, or product data beyond what's necessary for the rounding calculation.

Information we store

Settings (e.g. enabled/disabled state) are stored as Shopify app metafields in your store. We do not maintain a separate database of merchant or customer data.

Cookies & tracking

Our marketing site uses no third-party analytics or advertising cookies. The embedded admin uses only cookies required for Shopify session authentication.

GDPR & data subject requests

We comply with GDPR and CCPA. Because we don't store personal data, requests under customers/data_request, customers/redact, and shop/redact are acknowledged automatically. Direct inquiries to bottleworkslabs@gmail.com.
